  • 2 weeks → $25 off total

  • 3 weeks → $60 off total

  • 4 weeks → $100 off total

  • 5 weeks → $150 off total

  • 6+ weeks → $225 off total

Multi-Week Discount

Extended Care 3:00 - 5:30 PM

Extended Care is offered as child care supervision and does not include structured instruction, academic programming, or curriculum-based learning. Activities during this time are recreational in nature and vary based on group needs, staffing, and weather. Extended Care is an optional, fee-based service and should be pre-registered. Fees cover staffing and supervision only and are not prorated based on activity participation.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Options

We offer full payment or installment plans.

Families may pay by credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer.

Families who choose ACH (bank transfer) will receive a $10 credit applied to their camp tuition.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

¡Viva Verano! follows a cancellation policy aligned with common summer camp practices in Center City Philadelphia, where programs operate with limited capacity, advance staffing commitments, and venue contracts.

Before May 1
• Full refund. 

May 1 – May 31
• 50% refund of tuition paid, minus the $50 registration / processing fee.

On or After June 1
• Tuition is non‑refundable.

Medical Exception
In the event of a documented medical emergency affecting the camper, families may request a partial credit for dates of absence or credit toward a future ¡Viva Verano! program.

 

Transfer Requests
When space allows, families may request to transfer enrollment to a different week within the same summer. Transfers are not guaranteed.

Camp‑Initiated Cancellations
If ¡Viva Verano! must cancel a week of camp due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., facility closure), families will receive a full refund for the affected week.

By registering, families acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Cooking becomes a delicious adventure! Children explore regional foods, learn new Spanish words, and taste the traditions that unite families across Latin America — from handmade tortillas to tropical fruit pops.
